Video uploaded due to multiple requests following the incident from motorists further up the road. Incident happened initially on Enbankment Road, Plymouth and continued further up towards the A38 Slip Road towards Liskeard.
No one appears to have been injured, footage for Insurance use/Police as requested by drivers on the slip road.
